Terms of Service

This Agreement is made between Kevin Harris / Spiritual Formation Architect ("The Author," "We," "Us") and the user ("You," "Customer," or "Organization") accessing or using our website (https://www.spiritualformationarchitect.com/) and purchasing products from us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing products from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Products and Orders (Physical Goods)

A. Product Description: We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products (The Work of the Holy Spirit – Small Group Starter Kit, etc.). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are 100% accurate, complete, or current.

B. Pricing and Payment:

1. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

2. Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.

3. The final price includes the cost of the product and any applicable shipping charges as displayed at checkout.

C. Shipping and Delivery (North America Only):

1. Shipping Territory: We currently only ship physical products (Small Group Starter Kits) to the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

2. Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days and shipped via [Ground Service]. Estimated delivery time is 15 Business Days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only.

3. Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

A. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the request is received within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

B. Physical Product Returns (Kits/Books):

1. Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@spiritualformationarchitect.com within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund upon verification of the damage.

2. Non-Damaged Returns: Due to the nature of bulk curriculum and custom printing, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-defective, unused products unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand. All non-defective sales of Starter Kits are final.

C. Digital Content:

1. Digital assets (e.g., Leader Guides, templates, free resources) are provided as-is. Since digital content cannot be returned, all sales are final upon download.

4. Intellectual Property and Limited License

A. Ownership: All content on this Site, including the text, cover images, the names "Spiritual Formation Architect", "The Spirit Formed Life", "The Work of the Holy Spirit", "Cultivating the Character of Christ", and "Empowered to Serve" and all materials contained within the purchased books/kits, are the property of Kevin Harris and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

B. Permitted Use: The purchase of any group kit (Small Group Starter Kit, Small Church Starter Kit, Medium Church Starter Kit) grants the purchasing church/organization a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce the Commitment Cards and Prayer Cards. Books and Leader Guides are not to be reproduced and are designed for the purposes of running a small group study.

C. Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the book content, the leader guide, or the series structure for any commercial purpose without express written permission from The Author.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

THE AUTHOR (KEVIN HARRIS / SPIRITUAL FORMATION ARCHITECT) PROVIDES THE SITE AND PRODUCTS "AS IS." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

The total liability of The Author for any claim arising from these Terms or the purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be handled in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
